DUAL SAFETY CHECKS, EQUIPPED DELUXE COMPONENTS

Double Action Overwinding Limiter
(built-in inside)
prevents overwinding by stopping the operation in case of overlifting or overlowering. It shuts down of control unit first and cuts the maincircuit next for double secured safety system by switching off/on the angle difference limiter.

Dual Brake System
(electro-magnetic)
Secured double braking system. Electric brake system holds the maximum load weight, working with mechnical brake. Electro-magnetic type with linings material for hoist FEM groups lifetime, designed for easy to access and simple adjustment. The load brake provides load lowering control and a backup for the DC disc motor brake by quality AC-DC rectifier.

Motorized Trolley with High-torque
To satisfy the heavy-duty demands, the traversing balance is synchronizing with lifting up-down operation. With maxinum curve radius, it is built with light weight motor of high torque. The travering limiter identifies the traversing limit automatically.

Overload Alert Limiter
by "beep" sound
are installed as load detecting safety device to prevent hoist for greater hoist longevity.
When overloaded more than 125% of the rated load, it signals the alert sound to operator. It maximizes safety awareness to operator and helps protect a possible

Load Sheave / Chain Guide
With a full floating chain guide that assures proper engagement of chain on load sheave. Geometrically precise Chain Guide ensures perfect positioning of the chain around load sheave wheel. In case of overlifting or overdowning, it automatically delivers the signal to upper and lower limit switch resulting in Double action limiter.

Heavy-duty Motor
with Overheat Thermal Sensor
High torgue and heavy duty hoist motor with insulation class "B". Frequent operation is efficient with 30 min. rating.With the built-in thermal sensor, it automatically stops the operation to cool down the heat when it goes up above 130C for motor inside.

Hoist Body

Dust-proof and water-jet-proof body(IP54). Simply designed for easy maintenance.

Traversing Limiter
(* optional item)
As a safety device, it is installed in parallel with I-beam at both ends to detect the runway limit of the end of trolley travel.

Load Chain
*standard: black,
*option: white-galvanized
Case hardened, High resistance to wear and corrosion.
For white-galvanized chain, it is optional item. Breaking load limit with 5 times of rated load.

Hook
Forged carbon steel hook
Designed to open gradullay and not fracture under excessive load.
Top and bottom hooks are equipped with a hook latch. Bottom hook swivels 360 degree to prevent kinking and twisting of load chain.

Push Button Control Switch
- installed with Emergency stop button(red color)
Water-proof, IP64 protection, with 2,4 or 6 buttons. All models are equipped with Emergency Stop function.
Easy to operate and designed with low control voltage for safety. It is compact to enable easy one-handed sure grip control. The push button cable is provided with built-in strain relief to help prevent cable damage.

Electric Control Panel,
with Preventive "Fuses"
Only built with choice parts, more than qualified by EU safety commission. With clearcut setting, it is simplified to make it easier to access for maintenance purposes.
In case of over-current due to the unstable electric power supply, it prevents a possible shock hazards to the machine. Totaling 3 sets of fuse is installed.

Chain Container
Moulded with abnormal thickness made out of PP material and adapted to lifting height for several capacities. Installation is simple and tightly held to secure the chain containment during the operation.

Gear Box / Oil Lubrication
Low noise. Special alloy steel gear and reduced gear system. As heavy duty mechanism, it is tightlly sealed. Oil lubrication is easy from the hoist top.
